When will I get my Gentari Rewards?

Gentari points will be rewarded immediately after completing every EV charging sessions.

How can I redeem my points?

In the app, please tap on "Rewards" and choose your preferred rewards under "Gentari Go Promotions.”

Do points have an expiration date?

Currently, the points you accumulate have no expiry date.

How can I view the history of my point transactions?

You can view the rewards or points under ‘Gentari Rewards’ and tap on ‘My Points History.’

Is it possible to transfer my points to another Gentari Go registered user?

Currently, you are not allowed to transfer any Gentari Rewards including points.

Can I request a refund for the redeemed Gentari Rewards?

No, the redeemed Gentari Rewards are not refundable.
