To participate in our Gentari Rewards program, sign up as a user and begin charging your electric vehicle to start earning points!
Gentari points will be rewarded immediately after completing every EV charging sessions.
In the app, please tap on "Rewards" and choose your preferred rewards under "Gentari Go Promotions.”
Currently, the points you accumulate have no expiry date.
You can view the rewards or points under ‘Gentari Rewards’ and tap on ‘My Points History.’
Currently, you are not allowed to transfer any Gentari Rewards including points.
No, the redeemed Gentari Rewards are not refundable.
